| Description |
| TSD provides funds which are allocated to state and local law enforcement agencies to conduct high visibility enforcement during five mobilization periods throughout the year and additional enforcement as needed. Local law enforcement agencies are required to work the two national mobilization periods as well as the three state mobilizations. |
