| Description |
| ICJI provides funding to facilitate the Indiana Statewide SafeKids Injury Prevention Program which includes Bicycle and Child Passenger Safety. Grant funds are utilized to reduce the number of children (under 15 years of age) who could be seriously injured or killed in a motor vehicle crash. The primary objective is to have each child properly restrained in a car seat, booster seat, or vehicle seat belt according to best practice, and reduce the number if injuries from pedestrian/bicycle incidents. |
